1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Cybermamba! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cybermamba website, application, and services (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cybermamba grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service;
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without prior written permission;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Service to a human-perceivable form;
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service;
  • Transfer the Service or your access credentials to another person or "mirror" the Service on any other server;
  • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service in any manner.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Cybermamba reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

CYBERMAMBA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CYBERMAMBA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Network scanning and speed test results depend on various external factors (e.g., network conditions, device capabilities, server load) and may vary. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You use the Service solely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERMAMBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

This includes damages resulting from: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service; (b) any third-party conduct or content on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Modifications to Terms

Cybermamba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via the app or website) prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

6. Governing Law
